English Speaking Guide 4-6 Classroom

Claudine is a passionate teacher with over 10 years of experience across traditional and Montessori private schools in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree, a Montessori Diploma, and a qualification in Early Childhood Development. She is also trained in First Aid and Paediatric First Aid and has completed training in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), as well as various courses in safeguarding and educational leadership.

With experience in school leadership, assessment, and educational technology , Claudine is passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning environments where every child feels supported and inspired to reach their full potential.

Throughout her teaching career, Claudine has focused on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and confidence. She believes that every child has unique strengths and learns best in a positive environment that encourages curiosity and collaboration.

Outside the classroom, Claudine enjoys gardening, maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle through fitness, and appreciates theatre and the performing arts. She brings the same enthusiasm, creativity, and care to her teaching as she does to her personal interests.

Claudine is proud to be part of Seeker and looks forward to partnering with children and their families to help every child reach their full potential.

Dutch Speaking Guide 4-6 Classroom

Saskia is a warm and friendly teacher with a strong scientific background. She has been teaching in a Dutch Montessori school for 4 years. Furthermore, she taught in an American school system at an international school in Kenya. She holds a bachelor of Education degree, a Montessori diploma, a bachelor in Pedagogical Sciences, and a master in Pedagogical Sciences with specialization in preventive youth care and socialization. 

Teaching children of various cultural backgrounds and mother tongues has made Saskia an experienced teacher who understands the complexities of adapting to a new culture, language, and school setting. 

She is passionate about adapting the environment to the needs of children, so that children are able to develop and flourish. She believes that the interests of the child should always be leading in academic contexts. 

When she’s not working, Saskia loves planning travels and travelling, outdoor activities like hiking, dancing, and learning about history. 

Seeker’s authentic Montessori education within an international context is the perfect combination for Saskia, as she is passionate about encouraging children on their unique path in life.

Founder / Head of school

Tim is the Founder and Head of School at Seeker. As a father, his interest in education began with the wish to create a school that reflected how he and his family were raising their boys at home: with respect, independence, curiosity, warmth, and clear boundaries.

Before founding Seeker, Tim co-founded and led successful companies in the music and education industry, including Heroic Academy and Heroic. Through this work, he gained experience in leadership, operations, strategy, team building, and creating environments where people can thrive.

Tim explored Montessori education through school visits, conferences, reading, and observing how Montessori principles and Positive Discipline supported his own children’s development. He was especially drawn to how closely Montessori aligns with what we now understand about how children naturally learn.

Outside of school, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, walking in the forest with their dog Miles, and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

Founder / Head of Operations

Kamile is the Co-Founder of Seeker. As a mother, her journey into Montessori began with the wish to find a school where her own children could grow with independence, confidence, curiosity, and joy.

After observing many schools, Kamile was deeply drawn to Montessori and the way it supports how children naturally learn: through hands-on experience, freedom within clear boundaries, and a calm, carefully prepared environment.

Before founding Seeker, Kamile studied International Business and Marketing Management at Rotterdam School of Management and worked in global marketing at Philips. She later built a successful career as a food photographer and creative entrepreneur, working with leading brands and becoming a Canon Netherlands ambassador.

Kamile has completed the AMI Montessori Administrators Certificate Course and brings together her background in marketing, creativity, operations, and Montessori leadership to help shape Seeker’s vision, communication, and family experience.

Outside of school, Kamile enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, walking in the forest, travelling in nature, good coffee, and reading fantasy books.

Our Children’s House for ages 4–6 is now open, with our Lower Elementary classroom for ages 6–9 opening in September 2027.
