Why we started Seeker
When we became parents, we immersed ourselves in research about parenting and child psychology and kept coming back to the Montessori approach. It aligned with every book we picked up. We applied Montessori principles as much as we could at home and were amazed by the results.
When it was time to think about our children’s education, we realised there was no school in our area that truly matched what we were looking for. So we decided to create one.
We looked around the world, observed many classrooms, and did extensive research. Again and again, the Montessori method resonated most — not only in how children learn, but in how they grow as whole human beings. After seeing authentic Montessori in action, we can’t imagine anything else for our children.
The school for our children should be an inspiring place where they are valued, become curious, build character, make friends, and overcome struggles. A place of purpose, where everyone understands why they are here and what they are here to do. With a lot of freedom within clear, consistent boundaries. A place where their love for learning is fueled, not quelled.
