The Seeker Admission Journey

Children’s House (4–6 years)

We intentionally build each classroom community with care — families who resonate deeply with Montessori values, independence, and a meaningful partnership between home and school.

Our process ensures strong alignment and a confident beginning for every child.

  1. 01

    Tell Us About Your Family

Begin by completing our inquiry form.

We invite you to share about your child, your family culture, and what draws you to Seeker. This first step helps us understand your values and hopes for your child.

If you are not yet ready to apply, you are warmly invited to schedule a call or email us at tim@seeker.education.

  2. 02

    Parent & Child Meeting

Families invited to continue will join us for an in-person meeting. Your child will be present.

This is a relaxed and meaningful conversation where we:

    • Get to know your child in a natural setting
    • Learn more about your family’s rhythms and values
    • Share how Montessori unfolds at Seeker
    • Explore how we can partner together
    • Answer your questions

Whenever possible, meetings take place at our school location. During renovation periods, we may meet off-site.

  3. 03

    Alignment & Offer

After careful consideration, we review each family with attention to:

    • Cultural alignment
    • Readiness for a Montessori environment
    • Classroom balance within our international cohort

If we feel Seeker is the right fit for your family, we will extend an enrollment offer. If we believe another setting may better serve your child at this time, we will communicate openly and respectfully.

  4. 04

    Secure Your Place

Your child’s place is confirmed once the enrolment contract is signed and the deposit is received.

As we keep class sizes intentionally small to preserve quality and attention, we are unable to hold places without a completed contract and deposit.

  5. 05

    Welcome to Seeker

    Once enrolled, you will receive:

    • Key dates
    • Transition guidance
    • Preparation suggestions for home
    • Invitations to founding family gatherings

We look forward to beginning this journey together.
